It's here!!!

Hi everyone,

I am jumping off the walls right now because my new cookbook has arrived! I've featured a few of the recipes on the blog, but now I have the real copies in my hands. Can't believe that it is finally here... what a journey it has been.

The Easy Asian Cookbook for Slow Cookers features family-style favorites from East, Southeast, and South Asia. For those who are already acquainted with Asian cuisine, you're gonna find familiar classics and hopefully some new favorites. For those who are new to Asian cuisine, you'll discover exciting new flavors and immerse yourself into cuisines from the biggest and most populated continent in the world. Woot!

I've seen a pdf copy of my book and have shared a few recipes from it with you all here, but OMG, having the real thing is so crazy. You can check out a video of me opening the first box of copies above. My dog, Nigel, who is always on the couch had better things to do. He was probably waiting for me to leave so that he could go back to sleeping, lol.
